The Company collects the following personal information when a consultation is requested: • Required items: Company name, contact person name, email address • Automatically collected items: IP address, access time, browser information AI diagnosis conversation content is temporarily processed for report generation and is not separately stored.
3. Retention and Use Period
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. • Consultation request information: Retained for 1 year from the date of request, then destroyed • Automatically collected information: Retained for 3 months from the date of collection, then destroyed However, if retention is required by applicable laws, the information will be stored for the required period.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases: • When the user has given prior consent • When required by laws and regulations
5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Company outsources the processing of personal information as follows for smooth service provision: • Supabase Inc.: Database hosting and data storage • Anthropic: AI diagnosis conversation processing (conversation content is temporarily processed and not stored) • Vercel Inc.: Website hosting The Company ensures that personal information is managed safely during outsourced operations.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Users may exercise the following rights: • Request to access personal information • Request to correct errors • Request for deletion • Request to suspend processing These rights may be exercised by contacting the Company via email (hello@skyline.works), and the Company will take action without delay.
7. Destruction Procedures and Methods
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it is no longer needed, such as when the retention period has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved. • Electronic files: Deleted using methods that prevent recovery • Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated
